Service Description

3M N95 Respirator Fit Testing N95 Respirator Fit testing is primarily for Health Care Professionals. You will be fit tested on one of these N95 mask sizes: • 3M 1870+ (flat style, regular size) • 3M 1860 (cone style, regular size) • 3M 1860s (cone style, small size) • KC 46727 (regular, Halyard mask) • KC 46827 (small, Halyard mask) The mask is provided for you during the fit test. This is the qualitative (Bitrex) method. Saccharine is available upon request. You will receive a N95 card after your successful fit test. It is valid for two years. The mask used during your fit test will be yours to keep. Once you register, you will receive an email confirming your appointment. Please click on the link in that email for preparation instructions. You can not eat, drink, chew gum or smoke for 20 minutes prior to your appointment. Facial hair will need to be shaved (clean shaved face) and long hair needs to be tied back (pony tail). Thanks! Cancellation Policy: Please note that your fee will be credited towards another date if you provide 2 hours (or more) notice. No shows will not receive a refund. If you arrive late I may not be able to do your fit test as I will be teaching a BLS or First Aid class. PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME – thanks so much!

Cancellation Policy

Please note that your course fee will be credited towards another date if you provide 48 hours (or more) notice. No shows will not receive a refund. Less than 48 hours notice are charged a $50 administration fee. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after the start time of class it is considered to be a no show. If you are having trouble finding the location please phone me (before class starts) and I will be happy to give you directions. Please note that I turn off my ringer as class begins.
